After completion of the transaction you will receive two E-mails. One from us with details of your order, and one from Worldpay, with details of your payment.

Refund Policy

When you purchase goods from us you enter into a simple contract for the supply of the stated goods for the declared price. However, you may cancel your order within seven days of placing it, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund including post and packaging. All we require is an email stating that you wish to cancel your order along with a copy of the transaction confirmation that we sent you for reference.

You have the right to return the goods in an unused condition and in the original packaging within seven days of their receipt, stating the reason for their return. You will be reponsible for the postage of the returned goods. Upon receipt of the goods in an undamaged condition you will be entitled to a full refund including post and packing.

All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card account that you used to purchase the goods. We can accept no further liability for loss, damage, inconvenience, accident or injury, industrial action, shipping delays, war, terrorism, disease, radiation,or any other matter outside of our control, and your contract with us is based upon an acceptance of these terms.
